Recruiting Deputy Volunteers for Conference

Howdy, y’all!

We’re rounding up deputy volunteers for the upcoming conference, and we reckon there’s no better way to make this event a rip-roarin’ success than with a little help from our friends. If you’ve got a heart as big as Texas and a hankerin’ to lend a hand, we’d be mighty grateful to have you on board. We’re lookin’ for folks to saddle up and fill a few key roles, and each one’s as important as a spur on a cowboy’s boot.

First off, we need some sharp-shootin’ Facilitators. These folks will be our sessions’ backbone, ensuring everything runs smoother than a well-oiled six-shooter. As a Facilitator, you’ll assist the presenter, keep the pace, and make sure every attendee gets a door prize ticket. You’ll be the glue that holds the sessions together, helping participants get the most out of their experience and an opportunity to win.

Next, we’re looking for some friendly faces to help with check-in. This here job’s perfect for anyone who’s got a smile that could light up the prairie. You’ll be the first folks our guests meet, so please bring that warm, Western hospitality. Duties include checkin’ folks in, handin’ out badges and answerin’ any questions that come your way. This is the spot for you if you’re a people person with a knack for organization.

Then, there’s the crew we need for Setup and Teardown. Now, this might take a bit of elbow grease, but it’s as vital as water in the desert. We’ll be settin’ up the day before the conference kicks off, making sure everything’s in its rightful place. And when all’s said and done, we’ll need a hand takin’ it all down and packin’ it up. If you’re the kind of person who doesn’t mind rollin’ up your sleeves and gettin’ the job done, we’d sure appreciate your help. Tuesday set up will be at 4:pm and Tear down is directly after door prizes on Friday.

Lastly, we’re lookin’ for some savvy Navigators to help folks find their way around.  Our venue might be big as the open range, and we don’t want anyone gettin’ lost in the shuffle. As a Navigator, you’ll be pointin’ folks in the right direction, helpin’ them find sessions, restrooms, and anything else they might be lookin’ for. If you’ve got a good sense of direction and a helpful spirit, this is the role for you. You’ll even get a special “Ask Me” ribbon to display on your badge, and you can go about it your own way.
