✨ Welcome Team

Help create a magical first impression! Welcome attendees, answer basic questions, and direct guests to registration, sessions, and conference activities.

📝 Check-In Team

Support conference check-in by welcoming attendees, assisting with badge pickup, distributing conference materials, and answering general questions.

🎤 Session Facilitators

Help presenters and attendees have a successful learning experience by assisting with introductions, timekeeping, handout distribution, and basic room support.

🧭 Conference Guides

Be a friendly resource throughout the conference! Help attendees find meeting rooms, exhibit areas, meal functions, and other conference locations.

💻 Technology Support

Assist presenters with microphones, presentation laptops, projectors, and other basic audiovisual needs. Ideal for volunteers who enjoy solving technical challenges.

🏗️ Setup Team

Help prepare conference spaces before attendees arrive by assisting with signage, room setup, materials, decorations, and other behind-the-scenes details.

📦 Closing Team

Help us finish strong! Assist with packing conference materials, removing signage, organizing supplies, and restoring meeting spaces at the conclusion of the conference.

📸 Conference Photographer

Capture the magic of IAACE! Take photos throughout the conference that showcase learning, networking, awards, exhibitors, and memorable moments for future promotions and social media.

♿ Accessibility Support

Help ensure every attendee has a welcoming and accessible conference experience by assisting with directions, seating, and other accessibility needs as requested.
