The check-in package will be at your booth on Tuesday. Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. CT.
The package includes the Booth Number and name tags.

Game Inclusion
The Exhibitor game is a Baseball Mascots Match Up. Attendees will complete an exhibitor card. You will receive the game materials at your booth. You may place your mascot picture anywhere in your booth.

| 3:00 pm-10:00 pm. We will have your Check-In Envelope at your Booth. Our Team will be on-site during these hours to assist you. We hope to have all shipped items placed at your booth, but we will also have a holding area.
The team will be at the President’s Patio Party in the Lobby Bar from 8 to 10 p.m. Please note that security cameras are in all spaces, but we recommend keeping valuables out of sight. The exhibit hall space is gated if you plan to arrive after 10 p.m. If you plan to arrive late, notify a team member and we will meet you when you arrive. All Times are in Central Standard Time! |

If you wish to participate in the Door Prize event, please email director@iaace.com. This may include having a door prize at your booth and choosing to draw it at this closing event. The other option is to have your door prize on display with all the prizes in the Stardust. We are happy to accommodate your wishes. |

| Prepare your items in your packages, place your labels on the items and leave items at your booth space. |
| All items must be gone by 4:00 p.m on Friday. You can box up your items, put on your shipping labels, and leave them at your booth. If you need assistance, please see an IAACE team member or the hotel business center. |
