Conference Stuff:

1. There is an e-program only. If you want to print it, you should do it before you arrive.
2. Attendees must have badges for all events, including evening awards.
3. Certification Exams are available for all attendees.

4. There is a first-time attendees session at 10:00 am on Wednesday.
5. Grand Opening Lunch is at 11:00 am.
6. Wednesday’s Keynote, Lewis Chaney  is at 11:45 a.m. in Showroom.
7. You must include the information on your conference registration to receive a special meal due to dietary restrictions or allergies. All meals provided will be clearly marked for dietary needs.
8. Guests’ Attendance Policy has changed! Guests are invited to awards dinner only, tickets are $85.00 for each guest. To purchase, click here.
9. The Dress Code: Glitz and Glam outfit is encouraged for the Wednesday evening awards dinner. The Thursday Evening dinner is on your own. Join us for the Snacks, Dy and Karoke at Pool Side!
10. Professional development tracking is your responsibility, but IAACE does not do it for you. To do so, utilize the form provided within the program or at this link: https://iaace.com/pdpoints-2026/.
11. Organizations bringing Door Prizes can get their name in the program by submitting it by September 1. Click here.
12. Attending session breakouts 1-8 earns you door prize tickets, which the facilitators will hand out at the end of each session.
13. Door Prize drawings will be on Friday after the Brunch session. You must be present to win. You can view the door prizes in the Showroom.
14. The Exhibitor Game is a way to learn and network with our supporters. If you complete the entire game, you can enter to win a 2027 IAACE conference registration. The drawing will be at the end with the door prizes. Must be present to win.

16. The Ivy Tech Corrections Vocational Department will hold a Silent Auction for the Indiana Literacy Association in the exhibitor area.  Details are at iaace.com/literacyauction/.
17.  There is a 50/50 Split-the-Pot Raffle. We will be doing one pot. The drawing is on Friday at door prize time. You will need cash. You will purchase a ticket at designated times, either $5 for each ticket or $20 for five tickets.
