Hotel Check-in is 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival. The hotel reserves the right to charge for early check-ins.
The complimentary self-parking lot is closer to the conference entrance.
Attendees and any Guests must-have badges for all events, including evening events.
The start time is 11:00 am on Wednesday with Lunch, and the keynote is at Noon.
The Student Leadership Track starts at 10:00 am on Wednesday.
The Gift is a Notebook.
Meals are included with your conference registration. Wednesday Lunch is a choice of Turkey or Chicken Salad, Wednesday evening is a Fajita Table, Potato Bar, and Pasta Table. Thursday Breakfast in Pastries, Bagels, and Fruit. Thursday Lunch is a selection of Ham, Turkey, or Roast Beef with assorted relishes and cheese. Thursday Awards Dinner is a choice of chargrilled steak or fried chicken and sides. Friday breakfast is whole fruit, oatmeal, bagels, and toppings. Appropriate beverages will be served with meals.
You must include the information on your conference registration to receive a special meal due to dietary restrictions or allergies.
The Dress Code: Spirit Wear (your organization, iaace or Seasonal) is encouraged; the Wednesday evening event is outdoors on the rooftop. This may change to poolside. Thursday Evening Awards dinner is Business Informal/Dressy!
