Conference Registration and Hotel Reservations
- Know that you are registered for the conference! Walk-in registrations are not allowed. So make sure your registration is received. When you register, a confirmation appears on your screen. Need help>>
- Know you have a hotel reservation! Hotel Reservation must be made by September 16th to get the special hotel rate. Click here for details.

- Hotel Check-in is 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival. The hotel reserves the right to charge ($50) for early check-ins.
- The complimentary self-parking lot outside is closer to the entrance and convention space. The parking garage is available.
- Directions to Belterra and how long your travel will be.
- Check for road construction, etc., at https://www.in.gov/indot/
- Wi-Fi is included in the hotel and conference center.
- Cash Bars within conference events now take credit cards, cash, and room charges.

Conference Stuff:
- There are no printed programs.
- Florence, Indiana is on Eastern Time.
- Attendees and any Guests must have badges for all events, including evening events.
- The Gift is a Cowboy Hat It will be a brown hat with IAACE logo.
- Meals are included with your conference registration.
- There is a first-time attendees session at 10 am on Wednesday.
- Wednesday’s Keynote is at 12:15 p.m. in Stardust Ballroom.
- To receive a special meal due to dietary restrictions or allergies, you must include the information on your conference registration.

- The Dress Code: Western Wear is encouraged for the Wednesday evening Honky Tonk Hoedown event. Thursday Evening Awards dinner is Business Informal/Dressy! IAACE Swag is encouraged anytime.
- Professional development tracking is your responsibility, but iaace does NOT do it for you. Utilize the form provided within the program or at this link: https://iaace.com/pdpoints-2024/.
- Friday, there will be Local Fun Vendors with local goods; you might need cash.
- Organizations bringing Door Prizes can get their name in the program by submitting it by September 13. Click here.
- Attending session breakouts 1-9 earns you door prize tickets, which the facilitators will hand out at the end of each session. When you carry your Pony, you earn two tickets.
- Door Prize drawings will be on Friday after the keynote; you must be present to win.
- The Exhibitor Game is a way to learn and network with our supporters. If you complete the entire game, you can be entered to win a 2025 IAACE conference registration. The drawing will be at the end with the door prizes. (This is how you get your pony)

- The Ivy Tech Corrections Vocational Department will hold a Silent Auction for the Indiana Literacy Association in the exhibitor area. Wine trees, compliments of the Wagler program, will also be included in the auction. Details are at iaace.com/literacyauction/.
- There is a 50/50 Split-the-Pot Raffle. We will be doing two pots. The first drawing is Wednesday night at the band break, and the second is Friday at door prize time. The pots are separate; you will need cash. You will purchase a ticket for each drawing, either $5 for each ticket or $20 for five tickets.
