Conference Registration and Hotel Reservations

  1. Know that you are registered. Walk-in registrations are not allowed.
  2. Know that you have a hotel reservation; check-in is at 4:00 p.m.; self-parking is complimentary.
  3. Wi-Fi is included in the hotel and conference center.
  4. Florence, Indiana, is on Eastern Time!

Conference Stuff:

  1. There is an e-program only. If you want to print it, you should do it before you arrive.
  2. Certification Exams are available for all attendees.

  3. Wednesday will include:
    1. First-Time Attendees Session at 10:00 a.m.
    2. Grand Opening Lunch, 11:00 a.m.
    3. Keynote, Lewis Chaney, 11:45 a.m.
    4. Awards, 6:00 p.m.
  4. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be provided during registration. All meals provided will be clearly marked for dietary needs.
  5. Guests are invited to the awards dinner only; tickets are $85.00 for each guest.

  7. Free Certiport certification exams are included with your IAACE 2026 Conference registration! Choose from Unity, AI, Microsoft, Adobe, CAD, QuickBooks & more. Exams are free, on-site, and proctored. Learn more, sign up today & schedule your exam.
  8. The dress code is smart and casual throughout the conference.
