The iaace board is a working board, and it meets monthly typically via Zoom. It comprises individuals across all regions in Indiana to represent all members. Last week Jenn did a blog on some other frequently asked questions; revisit that blog by clicking here.

The board currently has seven committees that members serve to enhance our membership and help the mission, vision, and values of IAACE. The Committees are Advocacy, Communications, Membership, Conference, Adult Learner Engagement, Professional Development, and Employer Engagement. This is just one opportunity for a board member to bring value to iaace membership. Each committee has a responsibility to the membership to bring leadership and value to our organization.
So take a look around your organization and your region and ask yourself who should I nominate to serve on the iaace board of directors? Who would be an asset to the iaace board? Who has contributions to make to the overall success of our organization? Our board leadership will guide us in this ever-changing world and assist in developing our efforts within our committees and beyond. We encourage you to think about who will serve your region and values and nominate today.
