Please note: Our annual conference is an approved DWD activity for the required professional development points.
* A form documenting hours of attendance will be given out at the conference. You may ask your administrator if this counts for hours towards your license renewal.

Payment Options:
You may register online only. Payment may be made by credit card or check. Purchase orders. Your IAACE Membership must be active at the time of purchase and 45 days after conference ends.
Payments are Due by September 30, 2024.
Please note payment or a PO# will need to be provided on registration form.
Individual Invoices are automatically emailed to registered attendee.
If you have special invoice needs or other group registration needs, contact director@iaace.com for assistance.
Payments not received prior to October 4th are subject to a $25 late fee.

Policy, Cancellations, and Refunds
- All accepted presenters must register and pay for the conference by August 2nd for the presentation to be added to the schedule.
- If you have registered for the conference at the member rate, your membership must remain current for 45 days past the last day of the conference.
- The conference registration fee is refundable through September 13th, less a $5 administrative processing fee.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after September 13, 2024. Substitutions are permitted. Please get in touch with IAACE with your concerns.
- Cancellations must be received in writing (email) to director@iaace.com. No-shows will be charged the full fee. Cancellations must be in writing.
