Payment Information
Credit card payments at time of registration are preferred for faster processing.
Check payments may be accepted but require a valid purchase order (PO) number.
Invoices are automatically sent to the attendee who completes the registration. Please forward the invoice to your organization’s payment administrator as needed.
All registrations must be paid in full by September 23, 2025. Payments received after October 3, 2025, will incur a $25 late fee.

Policy, Cancellations, and Refunds
Conference registration fees are refundable until September 8, 2025, minus a $5 administrative processing fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after September 9, 2025. However, substitutions are allowed at any time. Email substitution requests to director@iaace.com
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to director@iaace.com prior to September 8, 2025.
Please note that no-shows will be charged the full registration fee.

All accepted presenters must register and pay for the conference by August 2, 2025, to include their presentation in the schedule.
