👋 Welcome Crew / Greeter
Be the first friendly face attendees see! Greet guests with a warm welcome, answer basic questions, and help set a positive tone for the event.

📝 Check-In Desk Support
Keep things running smoothly at the check in area that is located outside of the boardroom. Assist with check-in, hand out name badges or materials, and provide helpful info.
🧑🏫 Facilitators / Session Helpers
Support presenters and attendees during breakout sessions. Help with setup, timekeeping, material distribution, and basic troubleshooting.

🧭 Navigation Guide / Wayfinder
Point people in the right direction! Help attendees find session rooms, restrooms, lunch areas, and more. Perfect for friendly, helpful personalities.

🧹 Event Teardown
Help us wrap things up smoothly by packing materials, removing tables or signage, and returning the venue to its original state.
📱 Communication Support – Photographer
Capture and share the energy of the event! Take photos, post updates, gather quotes, or help create short videos for our channels.
♿ Special Needs Assistance
Support attendees with accessibility needs—from finding seating to helping with mobility or directions. Your care ensures everyone feels included.
