Sessions: Offered Wednesday (75 minutes), &  Thursday & Friday (60 minutes).

What should you plan on bringing?

  • Please bring your computer and any special adapters or plugs (HDMI adapters, RGB adapters, correct Apple MAC VGA adapters, or external speakers). Our projectors connect using HDMI, VGA-In, VGA-Out, Composite Video, USB power out, Audio-In, Audio-Out, and RS-232C; your presentations are visible from any source device.
  • Furnish handouts in the quantity needed for your session. Electronic handouts are also an option.
  • Evaluation option for your session.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Completing the Acceptance form by 7/31/25.
  • Registering for the conference by 8/1/25 (Don’t forget to utilize the code provided for your presenters’ discount, emailed to you).
  • Review your presentation’s information and scheduled date and time, and submit changes by 8/31/25
  • Attend the Presenter’s Playbook Session or review the Slides with this LINK .
  • Furnish your handouts; electronic handouts are encouraged. Link to Google Drive
