Payment Information
Payment is expected at the time of registration. Credit card payments are preferred and provide the fastest processing.
If payment cannot be made by credit card at the time of registration, check payments may be accepted; however, a valid purchase order (PO) number is required to complete registration.
Invoices are automatically sent to the individual who completes the registration. Please forward the invoice to your organization’s payment administrator or accounts payable department as needed.
All registrations must be paid in full by September 29, 2026. Payments received after October 5, 2026 will incur a $25 late fee.

Registration, Cancellations, and Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Conference registration fees are refundable through September 8, 2026, less a $5 administrative processing fee.
Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations received on or after September 9, 2026. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at any time. To request a substitution, please email director@iaace.com.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to director@iaace.com no later than September 4, 2026.
Please note that registrants who do not attend and do not cancel by the deadline will be responsible for the full registration fee.

Presenter Registration Requirement
To ensure presentations are included in the conference schedule and conference materials, all accepted presenters must complete conference registration by August 15, 2026.
