This award recognizes a current IAACE member with at least two years of experience in a vital support role within adult education. Eligible nominees may include data coordinators, testing administrators, administrative assistants, teaching assistants, and other key support staff. The award honors individuals who demonstrate exceptional dedication, professionalism, and excellence, going above and beyond to ensure program effectiveness, operational efficiency, and learner success.

A current member of IAACE must submit the nomination.

The nominee must be a member of IAACE and currently working in adult education.

The nominee must have more than two years experience as a paraprofessional or other staff support position.
