Exhibitor Schedule

Tuesday, September 29, 2026

• Vendor Move-In & Setup: 4:00–9:00 p.m. ET

Wednesday, September 30, 2026

• Exhibitor Hall Open 9:30-5:00 pm

Thursday, October 1, 2026

• Exhibitor Hall Open 7:30 am- 6:00 pm

Friday, October 2, 2026

• Exhibitor Move-Out or Thursday after 6:00 pm.

Your Exhibit Space Includes

Each exhibitor receives:

• One (1) 8-foot draped table
• Two (2) chairs
• Complimentary Wi-Fi
• Access to electrical service (if requested during registration)

Booth assignments are made based on sponsorship level and registration date. Assignments will be emailed prior to the conference.

Registration

All exhibitor representatives must be registered. If you need to update your attendee names after registering, email director@iaace.com.

Packages should arrive no earlier than September 25th.

Internet & Electrical

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the conference.

Electrical requests must be submitted during registration.

Exhibitor Expectations

Exhibits should feature products or services that support adult education and workforce development. IAACE reserves the right to refuse or remove any exhibit that is not appropriate for the conference.

Please remain within your assigned exhibit space. Distribution of materials outside your booth is not permitted without prior approval.

Security

While the exhibit area is located within the conference space, IAACE and Belterra Casino Resort are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged materials. Exhibitors are encouraged to secure valuable items and obtain insurance if desired.

Cancellation Policy

Exhibitor and sponsorship registrations are non-refundable.
