2026 IAACE Conference Hotel Information

Special Hotel Rate for Conference Attendees:

​Belterra Casino Resort in Florence, Indiana, on Tuesday, 9/29, Wednesday, 9/30 & Thursday, 10/1, is

$125.00 single/double per night plus taxes and fees

The special rate is available from July 1, 2026- to September 11, 2026.

* The deadline for the special hotel rate is  September 11th.

*Individuals must identify with the Indiana Association for Adult and Continuing Education (IAACE) when the reservation is made to receive the special group rate. If guests are paying individually, the hotel system is set up to charge the first night’s room and tax as a deposit.
