Please note: Our annual conference is an approved DWD activity for the required professional development points.

​* A form documenting hours of attendance will be given out at the conference. You may ask your administrator if this counts for hours towards the renewal of your license.​

Payment Options:

You may register online only. Payment may be made by credit card, or purchase order.
Please note payment or a PO# will need to be provided on registration form.
Individual Invoices are automatically emailed to registered attendee.
If you have special invoice needs or other group registration needs, contact director@iaace.com for assistance.
Payments not received prior to September 30th are subject to a $25 late fee.

Policy, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • All accepted presenters must register and pay for the conference by July 31st in order for the presentation to be added to the schedule.
  • The conference registration fee is refundable thru September 9th less a $5 administrative processing fee.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after September 10, 2022. Substitutions are permitted. Please contact IAACE with your concerns.
  • Cancellations must be received in writing (email) to director@iaace.com. No-shows will be charged the full fee. Cancellations must be in writing.
