All Volunteers will meet on Tuesday, September 26 at 4:00 pm Central at Blue Chip in the BoardRoom for setup.  If you can be there, that would be great. However, we understand not everyone may be able to arrive this early.

Role Descriptions

Check-In/Registration: This role will assist at the check-in/registration table and communications central/iaace table. You will be able to help attendees get their nametags, lanyard, and gifts. Being able to answer popular questions is also needed. Our goal is to have it manned for the entire conference.
Facilitation: In this role, you attend sessions assigned (we will give you a chance to sign up) and assist the presenter. You will pick up packets at the Communications Center, attend the session, count attendees, and pass out door prize tickets at the end.
Set Up: This role helps with all things set up on Tuesday starting at 4:00 pm. There is a person in charge of each area, and volunteers are dispersed to help “get it done!”
Tear Down: We all want to go home, or do we? After all the fun, we have to pack it all up and get out!
Fun Friday Vendors: This role is the person that the Fun Friday vendors can go to with questions or help.
