Thanks for agreeing to volunteer for the IAACE Conference.

Remember you should pick up your envelope at the IAACE table for the sessions you agree to facilitate before the session.

We do have ribbons for Facilitators to wear on your conference nametag.

All Volunteers will meet on Tuesday, September 27 at 4:00 pm Eastern at Belterra in the Oak Room for setup.  If you can be there, that would be great. However, we understand not everyone may arrive on this date.

The two main volunteer roles:
Check-In/Registration: This role will assist at the registration table and communications central. You will be able to help attendees get their nametags, lanyard, and gifts. Being able to answer popular questions is also needed.
Tom Miller is the contact.
Help needed:
8:30 am- Keynote Time
In between sessions
Thursday :
7:00 am- 7:45 am
in between sessions
Facilitation: In this role, you attend sessions assigned (we will give you a chance to sign up) and assist the presenter. You will pick up packets at the Communications Center, attend the session, count attendees, and pass out door prize tickets at the end.
