IAACE Conference Guest Meal Options

IAACE Conference Committee is pleased to offer the ability for a conference attendee to bring a guest to any meal or all the meals. Please select the meal that you wish your guest to eat with you as a conference attendee. You may add each or any of the selections.

Step 1: Scroll down to view all meals. Use the add button to select a meal. Select all that you wish.

Step 2: Review all the meals selected above the blue total line.

Step 3: Change the quantity of each meal if you need more than one of the meals you require.

Step 4: Complete the AttendeeName, Guest Name, Phones, and Email (this is the email your receipt will arrive)

Step 5: Complete the Name on the Card, Billing Address, and Credit/debit card number with an expiration date

Step 6: Click the Checkout button.

Step 7: Your receipt appears when complete and arrives in your email box.

Step 8: Save your email electronically or print it and bring it to the conference to acquire your guest meal pass.

All meals must be paid for before the event with a credit card. Complete the form at the bottom and use the checkout button.

An email confirmation will be sent to the email you provide. 

Please provide this receipt at the conference check-in to claim your guest meal pass.

No cancellations or refunds after September 19, 2023, as the numbers will be turned in to the hotel and can not be adjusted.

If you wish to attend as a guest to the Awards Dinner only, that is a Thursday Awards Dinner at 6:00 pm Ticket.
