Your Voice for IAACEs Strategic Plan

The IAACE Strategic Plan is a critical document that will guide the organization’s work in the coming years. It is important for us to take the time to prepare for the strategic planning process to ensure that the plan is well-informed and reflects the needs and priorities of the IAACE community. We want to hear our member’s voices! Our strategic plan facilitator has provided some questions and we would love your thoughts.

Here are some tips for preparing for the IAACE Strategic Plan questions:

  1. Review the IAACE Vision and Mission Statements. What do these statements tell you about the organization’s goals and aspirations? What hopes or projects come to mind when you read them?
  2. Reflect on your own personal passion for and goals related to assessment. What has motivated you to get involved with IAACE? What do you hope to achieve through your involvement with the organization?
  3. Identify the key issues and challenges facing IAACE and the assessment community today. What are some of the opportunities and threats that the organization needs to be aware of?
  4. Think about ways IAACE can improve its functioning to serve its members and the assessment community better. What are some of the changes that you would like to see implemented?

When you are ready, begin below.
