Salutations,

I wanted to put out a quick few words to let you know that I hope you are doing well and staying healthy. IAACE is working for you to share resources and offer any assistance we can. These are not business as usual days, but we are working as though we will get through this pandemic and be able to offer all the services we have promised. Please take another look at the March Newsletter at https://iaace.com/newsletter/. It includes many great resources and some stories of what your colleagues are doing around the state. If you want to listen to it in the background while you work on other things, that option is available now with the IAACE podcast. We all have been asked to step outside our comfort zone and try something new, and therefore a podcast it was for me. I will love to hear from you after you listen if this is an option you would like to continue or with ideas on how we can make it more than a newsletter review.

Now this brings me to the next thing, I read about the Governor’s campaign #INThisTogether, and I thought, what can I do to show our members that we are just that, in this together? So, I’m going to offer my first Zoom office hour this Friday, April 3rd, from 10:30, am EDT-11:30 EDT.

What is the purpose of this? If you have a question on where to find a resource, I’ll help you out.  If you need to practice your Zoom skills for the Google Virtual Bootcamp on April 22nd, we will practice how to “Exit Full Screen.” If you want to help with the membership database pop on, want to say hi, pop on. No need to stay the entire hour, you can come at any time during the hour, and I’ll be there to answer your questions. I may not have all the answers, but don’t worry, I’ll seek out those that I don’t know. Even if it is, you need a smiling face to tell you we are in this together; I will be there for you this Friday, April 3rd, from 10:30 am EDT- 11:30 am EDT. Here is the information to join the Zoom:
